February 28th

One of the hardest things to realize is that God doesn't need us to get His work done. He uses us when He needs us, He uses us when we have made ourselves available.
So today I realize that God is bigger than me, and He will work even without me.

That's a difficult thing to come to realize. I am so proud of you for giving it to God and trusting him. Faith is what we're called to have in the Bible and yet it seems like it is the hardest thing to have. It takes a lot to have faith when things are tough. I love you!

"It is not important who I was". "It is not important who I am". "It is not important who I want to be". "The only thing important is WHO GOD IS."

These words were given to me when I first became ill. And they are the same today as they were six years ago.

The Bible says to GOD BE THE GLORY ... i'm not even mentioned. Walk in HIS ways and HE WILL direct your path.

I love you MORE....but GOD LOVES YOU EVEN MORE THAN THAT. wow. that's a lot.

Faith is the only thing that ever matters, if it wasnt for faith then we would go crazy. If Abraham didnt have faith in good when he was told to offer his son isaac what would have happened? When job lost everything he still had his faith in God that good would come out of it and he was blessed so much. Thats the only thing that i can really think of right now is how I know God will make amazing things come and even when everything seems to be missing. God is amazing, theres nothing more then that. Everything will be ever better then it ever was.

Matt...since I kinda know most of what lies behind that post, let me say "God HAS used you, God IS using you, and WILL use you." This is just the next chapter...and it's going to be an amazing one for you and your family. Be proud of what you've accomplished, and know that YOU ROCK. Great things will happen in the future.

Now when can we expect a visit up north? Come on...you know you want to! Get up here!

love ya brother,
