You Thought...

So I rode my bike to the Church yesterday. 9 miles in 45 minutes. I don't think I did so bad. When I got here, I actually threw up. It was from over-exerting myself, and as soon as I was done I felt fine. It was worth it I would say. I didn't stop and walk my bike, I cut to a lower gear and just came up the hill. It's amazing how hard I am pushing myself just so an 80 pound 12 year old girl will not show me up in June. Amazing isn't it?

um, I'll pray for you in June. Lots of Gatorade! And, a well stocked inhaler.

Good for you for riding to work!start building that callous biker's butt.

good luck, and have fun!

ps - the 9 mile comment was not meant to be like "only 9 miles?", I couldn't do 9 miles in 45 minutes. But, was thinking more about the length up upcoming ride.... just to clarify. ;)
