Turn Up the Heat

It's currently 93 degrees and has been two days of pretty intense heat (coming from the guy who lived in Beaverton for about 2 years, of course I know it will only get hotter about the 2nd week of August).
Yesterday I joined a chunk of the youth group and rode the bike (now in the shop, thanks Ralph for looking at it) just over 35 miles (after riding to the swimming hole and back). My legs aren't too sore, I feel it a bit when I crouch, when I climbed the numerous stairs to the youth room. My biggest thing was my lungs actually. I'm working on it and just need to keep up with my inhaler... I hope.
Today was Church, afterwards I was able to sleep for almost 3 hours, I love my wife and how she lets me do that, taking care of our warm little pill so I can sleep. Oh she's amazing. Once we all woke up (Kate followed not long after me and Becky didn't come in until an hour after that) we ended up going to the pool. This was Kate's second adventure into the water, yesterday Becky cooled off with her.
She kicks her feet, even drank some water (didn't like that) but really just enjoyed it! Everyone at the pool loved watching her in her cute Nemo swimsuit. Here's a pic of her and I. Becky will post others. enjoy!
