Warning: Use Only Under Competent Supervision

It has been quite the month. The second and third weeks of August were spent at camp. High School was alright. Rowby kissed a girl who was eating a Baby Ruth after spending most of the previous night dealing with a previous allergic reaction to peanuts. He's still recovering. The amazing thing about the week was Tyler accepted Christ and was baptized. Welcome Tyler to the family! He was the 5th person I have baptized, reminds me to keep praying for the previous 4.

Jr. High camp was better for me. I enjoyed the speaker more, was able to be a co-director with my BFFs Cameron and Johnny (I acquired many BFF's that week). I also got to stay in a cabin with grown men and not Jr. High boys (though I did miss my Garland guys). I mostly enjoyed this solely for the fact that it was week two of camp, which immediately proceeded week one. It was still a great week that culminated in Stacia, Lindsay, Reanna and Alena being baptized.

After camp, I was given a week off, which turned into me just not having to go into the office everyday. It wasn't as relaxing as I would wish it to be (didn't sleep past 10 at all the entire week) but it was still a good week, until I got sick, which was Monday, so Saturday and Sunday were grand and Monday everything caught up to me. I'm still a little sick, have something of sinus issues. I'll make it.

Saturday our baby girl had her first birthday party. Thank you Cutlers, Dan, Gram and Pak and the Gavras family for coming! Regretfully Gramma Bunny, Grand Daddy and Grandpa Jerry couldn't make it and Gramma and Poppa didn't make it here until Saturday night.

Gramma, Mama and Babycake are going to Greenbluff today to pick peaches. Which means: PEACH COBBLER TONIGHT!! I am working on my sermon for Sunday. I'm stoked to preach and am starting to get a little nervous. It will work out. This evening Beaverton friends are coming to hang out until the 31st. That is going to be fun.

We are still praying and looking for a house. There doesn't seem to be much in the area we want for the price we want. We'll figure it out. We have to give our 30 day notice here the 1st, so something will have to happen by then!

That is everything that is happening with us. Kind of boring update.

Some day, after we are in the house and have spent our time fixing it up a bit, I will become a Pirate. I really want to be a Pirate and it is going to be great when I am!
