There is a house bordering the Church's property that is going into foreclosure. The Church would love to own this house, something to have thinking of further development and need of the Church. Well, Garland can't afford said house, just not in the budget to buy it. So a call was put out to the people of Garland to purchase this house for Garland. Somehow, later on the Church will acquire this house. Some people have answered the call and Friday, January 11th at 10am PST there will be an auction with the city to determine the fate of this house. Join us in praying as we are anxiously wanting this house for the Church for this reason: if it is acquired, it would be used as a parsonage for the Prior family. This would be one of the greatest opportunities for Becky and I, something we would love and enjoy. Please pray with us on this matter. We'll keep you posted.

There are blessing and curses that come with living in a church parsonage:) I have seen many blessing... Ben has seen many curses (he lived in a parsonage right next to the church for 18 years of his life).
What's the news on it? Did it go through?
