This is my family, all three sides (biological, in-law, and Canadian).
Man has it been a tiring couple weeks! We have had 7 different family members visit us (the time with my dad was way too short and busy). This last weekend was the best though. We went bowling with Satellite, I'd say I didn't do too bad, got a 132.
Saturday we cleaned up behind the youth center stage and did a little work in the youth center basement. I'll say this: WHERE DID ALL OF THAT JUNK COME FROM??? There was a lot back there, but we cleaned, and let me tell you, parents: be proud of your students who helped. Students: you totally rocked! We were all tired and completely worn by the end, but you would not believe how many people have said something to me.
Sunday we had our mission trip meeting, the very first. It went pretty well, we had quite a few parents there. I'm excited about going to Montana, not only is it the best place on earth, but seriously, how much fun will it be?!?!?!
Now I am getting back into the swing of things. Less busy week this week, but no time to lose. There is still quite a bit of work for our mission trip, especially the fundraisers as well as the retreats coming up.
Another thing I'm excited about is watching the Trail Blazers take on the Timberwolves with Echo, February 3rd. This will be exciting, I've never seen a pro b-ball game before.
As for other things, my wife and I are doing well. Her pregnancy is doing well, off of bed rest (though she asked today if I think there is a job where you get paid for sleeping). Thank you all for your prayers, thank you for taking care of us. It was greatly appreciated and I know helped get us through the tough times. You are a true Church family, you are true friends. We love you guys.

Nate has been doing well finishing school, Elevate's new CD came out in December, I'm going to be getting my copy soon.
So as not to disappoint my fans out there, yes, I am wearing the suspenders, and yes, I am proud. Coffee or Soda for whoever tells me the name of this player, via phone or e-mail.

Matthew and Becky and Toby and Sneakers and Baby-to-Come ..... thank you for taking care of dad! He was quite proud of buying a baby blanket and taking the future "mommy" to breakfast! But he came home TIRED and keeps repeating --- ""I'm never going to drive in that city I'm never going to drive there""! WHAT did you do to him!
I love you lots and miss you more, the mom who had to stay home!
